After four years of exhaustive research, development and testing, Scania designers and engineers were able to sit back today and watch as their new creation, the all new R-series, was unveiled to an anticipating gallery of international media.

Developed with the intention of reaffirming Scania's position as market leaders in the categories of economy, efficiency and driver comfort, the new R-series has also been designed with the looming Euro 6 emission regulations soon to come into effect in Europe.
